Artworks prepared for the solo exhibition in the digital gallery space t____a____gallery. The exhibition space was prepared by Mateusz Lengling.
The totem was modeled based on the pencil sketches and the lamp was modeled based on the reference photo took during many walks around Berlin.
Skills praticed in this project:
Modelling from a sketch / reference – blocking out and building the base model from a concept sketch
Lighting the 3D scene – setting up scene lighting to establish mood, depth and focus
Digital sculpting – refining form and detail with Blender's sculpting tools
Shading and texturing – authoring materials and textures (look-dev)
Dressing the scene with ready-made assets – integrating pre-made assets (e.g. incense in the burner, curtains behind the totem) into the scene
Macrix Technology Group is a boutique software house building bespoke solutions for heavy industry – metalworking, mining, automated warehousing. The identity grew in-house, one small piece at a time – mailings, two-pagers, flyers, social posts – and the 25th anniversary was the point where it consolidated into a full concept.
It was built to carry three things: the stability required to write code for heavy industrial systems, software treated as a physical material, and adaptability, drawn from the company's bespoke work and its move to bring AI into it. The sequence below traces that idea in five steps – from raw binary to a solid solution and back to a fluid, adaptable state, with steel refining as the visual reference.
